Self Reflection

On a scale of 1-10 my physical well-being is a 7, my spiritual well-being is a 8 and my psychological well-being is a 7.  My physical well-being is a 7 because I rarely exercise. When I come home from work I take care of my children then go to sleep and do it all over again. I don't have time to think about exercising or eating healthy. This can be improved if I exercise and eat healthier.My spiritual well-being is an 8 because I go to church. I can improve and make it a 10 if I attend church more often and have peace of mind. My psychological well-being is a 7 because I stress about life and my children. I can improve on this if I stop stressing. I need to accept life for what it is and do things that will occupy my time so I won't stress. For the next few weeks I will eat healthy, attend church and stop stressing about little things. I will make sure my children and my mother keep me on track. 


The relaxation exercise made me sleepy but I it was helpful. I was at peace when I was listening to it but after a while it became boring. Not only that but parts of it confused me for a second. Overall it was relaxing.

Welcome

Hello my name is Beverly Bradbury and this is my blog. This is my first time making a blog and I am looking forward to learn from this experience. Reflection

While watching the video I learned that the human body and mind can be relaxed by soothing sounds. The relaxation exercise brought me piece of mind but close to the end I was getting tired. The words made me sleepy because I felt calm. Parts of the exercise I did not understand but overall I understood the purpose of the video.
